Sonic Death Machine isn’t a streetwear company. We aren’t a fashion label. In fact, there’s an inherent, nihilistic attitude in everything we do and stand for. We love art. We love movies. We love Music. We take that love and in turn create things that’d we want to see.   • Our shirts are printed with the latest DTG (direct to garment) techniques. We pride ourselves on shirts that have clean, crisp designs that look and feel like a traditional screen printed shirt, with the only difference being that they’re printed on-demand. Give us a shot. You won’t be sorry.

  • On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days across most production techniques and facilities. Exact timeframes vary by product category and fulfillment location.

    *Fulfillment does not include shipping time.

    • Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

    • Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment. This method supports carbon emissions offsetting.

    • Express: Faster delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

  • Since every product is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a free reshipment or a refund; there is no need to send the item back.

    You're eligible for a free reshipment or refund if:

    • The product arrived damaged or defective (for example, a manufacturing error, warped print, or ink issue).

    • The design was misprinted (wrong placement, wrong colors, wrong item).

    • The package was lost in transit.

    For quality issues, you'll need to provide a clear photo of the affected product. If several items with the same design are affected, include one photo showing all of them together.

    We don't offer a reshipment or refund if:

    • The customer ordered the wrong size or color.

    • The customer changed their mind after receiving the order.

    • The customer entered the wrong shipping address (in this case, a reshipment can be arranged, but reshipping costs apply).

    Exception: For orders shipped to Brazil, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, under the “right to regret” policy. If this applies, please contact us via the contact form or start a chat.
